Ariana brings more than three years of dedicated customer success experience, having worked closely with clients to drive engagement, improve retention, and ensure consistent value delivery throughout the customer lifecycle. Her background includes managing customer relationships, optimizing onboarding experiences, and implementing programs that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
In her new role at Digitized Logos, Ariana will lead the company’s customer success initiatives for both existing and new customers. She will focus on key programs designed to improve customer engagement and satisfaction – including the 3% Rebate, Referral Program, Welcome Gifts, and Price Match Guarantee – all with the goal of encouraging repeat business and long-term relationships.
