Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commissioned Sales Representative who excels in identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the sales industry, particularly in branded merchandise or promotional products, and thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as networking, industry events, and referrals.
Cold Calls: Make cold calls to verify buyers from provided lists.
Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their branding needs and goals, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
Close Sales: Successfully negotiate, finalize deals, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to the management team regularly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the branding, promotional products, or related industries.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for closing deals and achieving results.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a commission-based environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools.
A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset.
Compensation:
